How do I implement a chat widget in my website?
Click on tabs:
1. Tab: Admin
2. Tab: Setup
3. Choose “Widget” (if not already chosen)
Optional - choose from “
General Parameters”:
Website - which is the target website? Choose from the list or leave “All” for the default website.
Department - would you like the chat to go directly to a specific department? If so, choose one from the list.
Operator - would you like the chat to go directly to a specific operator? If so, choose one from the list.
Choose “
Position” between “Bottom Left” and “Bottom Right” to best fit your website.
To hide the widget when no operator is online, tick “
Hide when offline”.
Copy the block of code under “Code” and place it on your website, anywhere between the <body></body> tag (best to place just before </body>)”.
