Changing visitor’s name during a chat
Double click the name at the bottom tab to edit.

Fast inviting visitors
On your “Monitor” tab, click on “Browsing” to manually invite the visitor for a chat.

How to see the full URL of the visitor
On your “Monitor” tab, move your mouse pointer over the name of the page the visitor is on, you should be able to see the full URL.

How to see the IP address of the visitor
On your “Monitor” tab, move your mouse pointer over the location icon, you should be able to see the IP.

Setting up automatic logout
Click on “Settings” tab (not under “Admin”). Under “Auto Logoff time” enter the time you’d like the system to auto log off.
Usually, this will be the time when you leave your desk, for example: 18:00. When this time arrive, the system will logoff (you’ll have the chance to stop it if you’re still on your desk).

Chatting with other operators
Click on “Staff” tab. Choose an operator and then click on “Begin Chat”.

Automatically get all chat transcripts by email
Click on tabs:
1. Tab: Admin
2. Tab: Settings
Under “Email to collect left messages”, enter the email address. Then, tick “Automatically send all transcripts to this email and hit “Save”.
