How do I implement a text link to the chat in my website?

Click on tabs:
1. Tab: Admin
2. Tab: Setup
3. Choose "Direct Link"
4. Use the "Javascript URL" code to generate a text link on your page
5. Use the "Direct link" code to get a direct link to the chat screen anywhere



Optional - choose from “General Parameters”:
Website - which is the target website? Choose from the list or leave “All” for the default website.
Department - would you like the chat to go directly to a specific department? If so, choose one from the list.
Operator - would you like the chat to go directly to a specific operator? If so, choose one from the list.

Copy the block of code under “Code” and place it on your website, anywhere between the <body></body> tag, where you’d like to place the link.
